What are the vehicle requirements?
Vehicles must be from 2011 or newer, in great working condition and without cosmetic damage. For digital displays, a vehicle must be compatible with specialty roof racks that securely mount the display to the vehicle’s roof. For car wraps, the vehicle must have factory-applied paint (not repainted) without existing paint damage.

What do I need to do during the qualification process?
Go about your normal driving while ensuring your phone’s software version is updated and the Firefly Driver app has location tracking “always on.” This will allow us to properly track your hours and get you approved! Drivers must drive 40 or more hours per week for a minimum of 3 weeks to be eligible for approval.

How long does it take to get approved?
Wait time for approval varies depending on a number of factors, including the order of the waitlist, campaign requirements, and equipment availability. It’s typically a minimum of 3 weeks before a driver can be approved.

Why am I still not approved?
Due to high demand in our cities, it may take up to 6 months to be approved. We appreciate your patience!
